Who Sends These Messages

Text messages are sent by Valian Systems LLC. Valian provides AI-powered phone answering and appointment scheduling services for dental and medical practices. When you request a product demo on our website, we may send you text messages related to your demo request.

How We Collect Your Consent

You provide consent to receive demo-related text messages in one way:

Website demo request form — When you visit www.valiansystems.com/request-demo and fill out the demo request form, the form includes a separate, clearly labeled "Text Message (SMS) Consent" section with an unchecked checkbox. The checkbox label reads:

"By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Valian Systems LLC at the phone number provided above. Messages may include demo scheduling confirmations, demo reminders, and follow-up communications related to my demo request. Message frequency varies (up to 10 msgs/month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

The checkbox is not pre-checked. You must actively check it to opt in. Submitting the form without checking the box means you will not receive any text messages.

What Messages You Will Receive

After providing consent, you may receive the following types of text messages from Valian Systems LLC:

  • Demo scheduling confirmations — A text confirming your demo has been scheduled with date and time.
  • Demo reminders — A reminder sent before your scheduled demo.
  • Demo follow-ups — Follow-up messages after your demo or to help schedule a time if you haven't booked yet.

Message frequency: Varies based on your demo scheduling activity, up to 10 messages per month. All messages are transactional and related to your demo request. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Opt-In Data Policy

Your phone number and SMS consent information will never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We share your phone number only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering the messages described above.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
  • To resume messages after opting out, reply START or YES.
  • For help, reply HELP or email support@valiansystems.com.

Message Rates & Carriers

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Valian Systems LLC is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

Consent Is Not Required for Service

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may request a demo and use all Valian services without opting in to text messages.
